Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

1. Scope of Application

These T&Cs apply to all orders placed through the PieceGuard (pieceguard.com) online shop. The contractual partner is PieceGuard, office@pieceguard.com.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting your order, you make a binding offer. Acceptance occurs through an order confirmation via email or by shipping the goods.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices include statutory VAT. Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Klarna).

4. Delivery

Delivery will be made to the specified delivery address. Delivery times and costs are listed on the Shipping Policy page.

5. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain the property of PieceGuard until full payment has been received.

6. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights according to Austrian law (ABGB) apply. The warranty period is 2 years from the handover of the goods.

7. Applicable Law

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria.

Right of Withdrawal

Instructions on Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (PieceGuard, office@pieceguard.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email).

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
