Shipping Zones

We currently ship to Austria, Germany, all other EU countries, and selected non-EU countries.

Shipping Costs

Please note: Our shipping costs are currently being revised. We are actively working to optimize and reduce the conditions for the benefit of our customers. Therefore, the shipping costs currently displayed at checkout may still change. We will inform you about the final rates in due time.

Delivery Times

After payment is received, your order will typically be processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. The delivery time depends on the destination country:

Austria: 2–5 business days
Germany & EU: 3–10 business days
Non-EU countries: 10–14 business days (plus customs clearance)
